Common questions
Why is the forecast different from another app? Different apps blend different models. GrayCloud leans on HRRR, ECMWF, and MRMS for short-term precipitation and conditions in the United States.
Saved places didn't sync between iPhone and Mac. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled. Sync uses iCloud Key-Value Store, which can take a minute on a fresh install.
Live Activity isn't appearing. Live Activities require iOS 16.1+ and the toggle in Settings → Live Activities. They run when measurable rain is forecast in the next hour.
